Objective

In this learning program you will learn to develop and enhance these skills through the application of powerful facilitation tools and strategies that encourage and support “great” facilitation.

You will learn a great deal about yourself ... in such a way that you will more effectively recognise your own reactions and behaviours within a team, and more consistently manage your own reactions.

You will also learn a great deal about others ... which will enhance your ability to proficiently manage discussions, problem-solve, navigate and guide teams (and individuals within teams) towards the achievement of positive outcomes.

Topics covered in the learning program include:

  • Effective communication skills.
  • Discussion management skills.
  • Task and process management ability.
  • Superb connection with teams and individuals within teams.
  • Positive awareness of natural human behaviours and conflicts.
  • Sound balance between caring guidance and the effective achievement of outcomes.

Delivery

Class room based delivery at our venue, or delivered specifically for clients at their venue and contextualised to the client’s specific systems.

Accreditation

Participants in this learning program will be issued with a Statement of Attendance.
