For three decades NOST has delivered quality trainer and assessor training, ensuring our clients have skilled and capable trainers and assessors to meet their own internal training and assessment needs.

As the TAE16 has been adjusted to specifically meet the requirements of RTO trainer/assessors it is no longer suitable for enterprise/industry trainers or assessors.

The new course in field-based training and assessment (10898NAT) is designed to develop dynamic, confident, engaging trainers/mentors and assessors. The program is delivered by award winning trainers who hold both the Cert IV in Training and Assessment AND the Diploma of Training and Assessment along with decades of industry experience and a passion for sharing their expertise.

Perfect for workplace trainers and assessors in every industry.

The program is nationally recognised and is applicable to all industries including food, pharmaceutical/medical, construction, etc. It is also one of the small number of approved competencies required for training and assessing roles (including training and assessment design) on mines in Queensland. The learning programs are specifically designed for, and targeted at, industry/workplace trainers and assessors.

Clients attending these programs will leave with the ability to mentor professionally and to deliver dynamic and memorable training sessions and conduct effective assessments.
