RIIRIS301 Apply Risk Management Processes (formerly QMS1), RIIWHS301 Conduct Safety and Health Investigations (formerly QMS2) and RIICOM302 Communicate Workplace Information (formerly QMS3)

Duration

No attendance - submission of a portfolio of current evidence.

Cost

$500 (plus postage or couriering fees if you would like hard copies rather than electronic copies).

Objective

To ensure the learner has the current competencies to meet the requirements of these units of competency. This refresher option requires the submission of a portfolio of evidence:

A certified copy of original S1, 2, 3 certificate.
Evidence of involvement in two (2) team based risk assessments less than 6 months old.
Evidence of involvement in one (1) incident investigation less than 6 months old.
Evidence of the delivery of two (2) toolbox talks / pre start meetings.
Answer a number of theory questions.

Flexible delivery mode only - no face to face delivery.

Accreditation

This learning program meets the requirements of the nationally recognised units of competency from the RII30113 Certificate III in Surface extraction operations released 7 Dec 2014:
