TAE Cert IV in Training and Assessment (Part 1: Train One to One)

2 days plus project work.

This learning program applies to personnel in the workplace who are responsible for the delivery of training on a "one to one" or "small group" basis. This training is typically provided by a supervisor or experienced worker. The learning program addresses the skills and knowledge required to organise and conduct training through a planned approach. The workplace trainer is not responsible for the development of training resources. The units of competency which have been clustered for this learning program are:

• TAEDEL301A Provide work skill instruction.
• TAEDEL402A Plan, organise and facilitate learning in the workplace.

We recommend the following personnel attend this learning program:

• Workplace Trainers
• Training Coordinators / Managers

This learning program will be delivered over two (2) days. Additional workplace assessment is required after the learning program. Additional support days are available (corporate groups only) where there is a requirement for participants to complete all assessment within the training period.

Background

The full qualification “Certificate IV in Training and Assessment” requires participants to complete 10 units of competency to attain the qualification. These 10 units have been packaged into 4 learning programs (see below). To improve flexibility for our clients, you may register for each learning program individually:
