Upgrade to relevant units from the TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment from relevant units from the TAA40101 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or BSZ40198 Certificate IV in Workplace Assessment and Training

1 day plus assessment

This learning program aims to enhance current skills and knowledge and develop the new skills and knowledge required to meet the requirements of the TAE competencies listed below. The learning program is appropriate for workplace trainers and assessor, and others who would like to achieve current TAE competencies.

Competencies
Participants attending this learning program must hold the following competencies:

BSZ401A Plan assessment
BSZ402A Conduct assessment
BSZ403A Review assessment
BSZ404A Train small groups

TAADEL301A Provide training through instruction and demonstration of work skills
TAADEL403A Facilitate individual learning
TAAASS402A Assess competence

TAE Competencies
Participants will be awarded the following competencies on satisfactory completion of assessment:

TAEDEL301A Provide work skill instruction
TAEDEL402A Plan, organise and facilitate learning in the workplace
TAEASS301A Contribute to assessment

Delivery
Class room based delivery at our venue, or delivered specifically for clients at their venue and contextualised to the client's specific systems.

Accreditation
This learning program meets the requirements of units from the Nationally recognised TAE10 Training and Assessment Training Package.
